Services

Focused on the systems a business actually runs on.

  1. 01

    Power Platform

Power Apps (canvas, model-driven and code apps), Power Automate and Dataverse — with the environment strategy, ALM and governance that keep citizen development from turning into shadow IT. And an honest call on when an app has outgrown low-code.

    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse
    • ALM
  2. 02

    .NET application development

Line-of-business applications and services in C#, ASP.NET Core and SQL Server, with TypeScript / Angular front ends. Built with source control, code review, tests and CI/CD from the first commit.

    • C#
    • ASP.NET Core
    • SQL Server
    • Angular
  3. 03

    Enterprise integration

Connect your ERP, data platform and line-of-business apps so people stop re-keying data and exporting spreadsheets. Reliable, monitored data flows between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Databricks and the rest of your stack.

  5. 05

    Engineering practice & security

The fundamentals that let a small team ship safely: Git workflows, code review, Azure DevOps pipelines, and role-based, least-privilege access through Entra ID security groups.

Approach

Small team overhead. Enterprise discipline.

Every engagement follows the same arc, scaled to fit. The goal is software your team can own after we leave.

  1. 01

    Discover

Map the process, the systems and the data. Agree on the problem worth solving and what success looks like.

  2. 02

    Design

Architecture, security model and delivery plan, sized to the team that will own the result.

  3. 03

    Build

Short iterations with working software early, built in your tenant and your repositories.

  4. 04

    Hand off

Documentation, pipelines and knowledge transfer, so you are never dependent on us to keep it running.

About

Mathew Yamasaki

Principal Consultant

I have spent more than a decade building software where getting it right is not optional: first supporting US Army test operations at Yuma Proving Ground, then leading a distributed engineering team for a global agriculture company, modernizing its largest applications and connecting them to the ERP and data platform underneath.

Before software, I served in the US Army and spent twelve years in munitions logistics, where accountability was measured to zero discrepancies. That habit carries into every engagement: clear scope, honest status, and systems that are documented well enough to hand over.

Kumomai Software is how I bring that experience to organizations that need senior, hands-on help without big-firm overhead.
